Capitalism means buying things you don't need with money you don't have to impress people you don't like. The driving force behind this system, which focuses on external rather than internal growth, is permanent dissatisfaction and a spiritual hunger that cannot be satisfied with material things. To get out of this unhealthy game that has pushed us and our planet to the limits of our resilience, we should ask ourselves again and again: What do we really need? What is important in life? And if we put love, good relationships, and happiness at the top of our priorities and decisions, how does that affect us?
